Dahu Energy is a UK-based renewable energy developer specialising in private wire projects that bring cleaner, cheaper electricity directly to businesses.
We develop and finance solar, wind and energy storage projects that connect directly to commercial and industrial electricity users. By generating power close to where it is consumed, we can provide businesses with a fully funded alternative to their existing, carbon-intensive electricity supply — without relying on a new grid connection.
We look for opportunities to unlock value from existing infrastructure and underutilised assets, including agricultural land, industrial rooftops and suitable land. Our approach allows us to bring new renewable generation closer to demand while making productive use of assets that might otherwise be overlooked.
Dahu Energy is backed by one of the world's leading infrastructure fund managers, providing the capital and institutional expertise to develop, finance and deliver long-term renewable energy projects. Our objective is simple: to bring renewable electricity closer to the businesses that need it.
